Default Receiving Project Email - Error

When I select 'Get Project Mail' I receive connection successful message and then an error message saying 'Error downloading mail 38 of 40'.
If this message violates the Receiving Preferences, how do I view the ReceivedMessages.log file and how do I remove a message that violates the Receiving Preferences.
Any advice in this area would be great. I just introduced my team to messaging and they are diligently using our Project Mail address on email and I have no way of tracking this if I can't 'Get Project Mail'
Thanks

Default Inbound Email

Log files are kept in the Log Files folder for the logged in users profile. I have widows 7 so C:\Users\Steve\AppData\Roaming\MPS\Prolog Manager\Version 7\Log Files.

Sounds like Inbound Messaging is working but email #38 is not meeting the preference settings for inbound emial set in TPO. There are two options here. Log into the email account itself and find the email that is choking the import. Review your inbound messaging settings first found under Tools - Preferences - Options - Portfolio Specific Options - Messaging - Inbound section. Make sure no email in that account has attachments with disallows extensions and also make sure the size of the email is not over the limit. The default in Prolog is 1000 which is less than 1MB. I would add a 0 to this so inbound email can at least come in up to 10MB approx.

Hope this helps.
