Default Make Connection Setup easy

When setting up a connection to your database in the Connection Setup Wizard, this connection information is kept in the PM7Conn.ini file under the logged on users profile - Depending on the OS - Windows 7 for example -C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\MPS\Prolog Manager\Version 7\Configuration\PM7Conn.ini

Once you have completed the Connection Setup for one user, you can copy this file to the Configuration folder for all users who will access the same database connection. Then all users will have the same connections without each user having to go through the Connection Setup Wizard.

Please Note: Using this tip will overwrite the users current connections when you copy over the PM7Conn.ini, so if the user had other connections not the same as the copied PM7Conn.ini, they will be lost. It is advisable to make a copy of their PM7Conn.ini file prior to the overwrite.
